What the service request form collects
When you submit a service request on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number, and your email address if you give us one
- The service address and town where the work is needed
- Whether the property is residential or commercial
- The service you need, how urgent it is, and whether you'd prefer a video estimate
- Any description of the problem you write in the message field
- The date and time your request was submitted
Please don't send payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or health information through the form — we never need them to schedule work.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule and perform the work, quote pricing, follow up on the job, and keep a service history for the property. If you ask for a preliminary video estimate, we use your phone number or email to send the call link.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with the technicians and office staff handling your job, and with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — for example the hosting and database provider that stores form submissions, and the phone or email service we use to reach you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed to support warranty, permitting, and bookkeeping obligations. Requests that never turn into work are removed once they are no longer useful for follow-up.
Requesting a copy or deletion
Email us at [EMAIL] or call 631-933-1790 and tell us you'd like a copy of your information or want it deleted. We'll confirm your identity, then respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records tied to completed work, permits, or invoices where the law requires it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging service. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
