Our story
Built for the way Long Island actually lives
Seven Innovative Plumbing and Heating Services LLC was founded to bring one dependable contractor to a market that usually forces you to hire three. Homes here have steam boilers next to modern mini-splits, cast-iron waste lines under new kitchens, and finished basements that flood when a sump pump quits. Restaurants run grease-heavy kitchens on drain lines that were never designed for the volume.
We built the company around that reality: licensed plumbers, EPA 608 certified HVAC technicians, a truck-mounted jetting rig, and a licensed electrical subcontractor for the electrical scope, all coordinated from one Farmingdale shop. When a problem crosses trades — a leak that turns out to be a condensate line, a no-heat call that's really a gas supply issue — nobody hands you off.
We're locally owned and operated, independently, and that's the whole point. Our reputation lives in Nassau and Suffolk County, in the same neighborhoods our technicians live in. Every tech who knocks on your door is background-checked, uniformed, and EPA 608 certified on the HVAC side — which is also why we quote flat-rate up front, put coverage in writing, and back qualifying installations for two years on labor.
